- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for MEP projects.
- Assist in the evaluation of tenders and subcontractor bids.
- Monitor and report on project costs, including variations and claims.
- Conduct site measurements and valuations of work done.
- Process payments to contractors and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and cost forecasts.
- Support the resolution of contractual and financial disputes.
- Ensure compliance with project budgets and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in MEP projects.

MEP QA/QC Engineer
The MEP QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of MEP systems during installation and commissioning. They develop and implement quality control procedures to meet project standards.
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans for MEP systems.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
- Monitor and document quality control activities and prepare reports.
- Identify and resolve quality issues in collaboration with the project team.
- Ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards.
- Conduct audits and reviews of MEP installations and processes.
- Provide training and guidance to site staff on quality control procedures.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
- Prepare and submit quality reports, including non-conformance reports (NCRs)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in QA/QC for MEP systems.
- Certification in quality management.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Surveyor with Total Station and Auto Level Machine
Conducts land and construction site surveys using Total Station and Auto Level Machine to ensure accurate measurements for engineering projects.

- Prepare detailed survey reports and drawings.
- Assist engineers in site layout and planning.
