OUr Story
Since 1995, DBD has been a trusted partner for NGOs, government agencies, and private companies, delivering high-quality engineering and construction services. Starting as an electrical contractor, we expanded into mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning, and ventilation before adding civil construction in 2012, specialising in industrial and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Our expertise spans structural, architectural, and turnkey solutions, with landmark projects like the Techo International Airport, Chip Mong Mega Mall 271, and FTB Tower — one of the largest construction projects in Phnom Penh in 2025.
In 2021, to build further trust, transparency, and rapport with our partners and stakeholders, we took the steps towards becoming one of Cambodia’s publicly listed companies in September 2021 — the only local construction company in the country able to achieve this feat.
Today, DBD Engineering Plc. delivers comprehensive engineering and construction services with integrated civil and MEP solutions, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and lasting value in every project we build.
