Architect (4 open Positions)

The Architect is responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed design documents while ensuring compliance with client requirements, project specifications, and regulatory standards. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver functional, sustainable, and buildable designs that meet budget and schedule constraints.

  • Design Development
      1. Develop architectural/interior design concepts, schematic designs, design development packages, and construction drawings.
      2. Ensure designs are functional, buildable, cost-effective, and aligned with project scope and client expectations.
      3. Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and material specifications.
  • Regulatory Compliance
      1. Ensure all architectural designs comply with zoning regulations, building codes, fire safety rules, and accessibility standards and zoning requirements.
      2. Prepare and submit documentation for building permits and approvals.
      3. Integrate environmental, safety, and sustainability considerations into design work.
  • Client Coordination
      1. Work closely with clients to identify needs, present design options, and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
      2. Deliver design presentations, material boards, and technical explanations as needed.
      3. Maintain professional communication throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Construction Support
      1. Review and approve contractor submittals including shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and method statements.
      2. Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and clarify architectural/interior design related details.
      3. Provide technical guidance to ensure built work conforms to the approved design.
  • Site Inspections
      1. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and assess quality of architectural finishes.
      2. Verify alignment with contract drawings, specifications, and aesthetic requirements.
      3. Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Interdisciplinary Coordination
    1. Collaborate with Structural, MEPF, and other engineering teams to resolve spatial, technical, or aesthetic conflicts.
    2. Participate in coordination meetings to ensure seamless integration of building systems.
    3. Update relevant drawings based on coordination outcomes and approved changes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • Architect licence or registration is an advantage
  • 2 years structural design experience mandatory.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape,  D5, (VRay and Revit is a plus), Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite and other design/drafting tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and detailing.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, fire regulations, and authority submission requirements.

Structural Draftsman Supervisor (1 open Position)

The Structural Draftsman Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects by integrating detailed drafting and comprehensive site supervision, ensuring design integrity, code compliance, and efficient project execution.

  • Drafting Supervision & Management:
      1. Supervise and coordinate the production of engineering drawings and construction documents.
      2. Review and approve drawings for accuracy, completeness, and code compliance.
      3. Develop and enforce drafting standards and procedures.
      4. Manage drawing revisions and ensure accurate document control.
      5. Provide technical guidance and support to drafting staff.
  • Site Supervision & Management:
    1. Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and construction documents.
    2. Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress.
    3. Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
    4. Resolve on-site construction issues and coordinate with Consultant / Client.
    5. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
    6. Document site conditions and prepare detailed field reports.
    7. Coordinate and facilitate site meetings.
    8. Prepare and present project updates and reports to the Department Head
    9. Implement and enforce quality control procedures for both drafting and site activities.
    10. Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
    11. Conduct final inspections and ensure project closeout.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related engineering field.
  • 7 years of professional engineer experience, with a focus on both drafting and site supervision.
  • Advanced proficiency in CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD) and BIM workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.

Structural Draftsman (3 Open Positions)

The Structural Draftsman is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for CIVIL systems using CAD and 3D software. They work closely with engineers and designers to ensure accurate and functional designs.

  • Design & Drafting:
      1. Develop engineering designs and prepare detailed construction drawings (plans, profiles, sections, details).
      2. Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) and relevant engineering software for drafting and modeling.
