(“DBD”) and SBI Royal Securities (“SBIR”) are honored to inform the investors who had participated in the Subscription of DBD IPO from 26th July – 18th August 2021 that the subscription has been a great success with oversubscription. All 6,461,538 shares are fully subscribed. The refund to all investors will be made from 27 August 2021. The result of Subscription and the refund list had already been approved by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) with approval number: 1382/21 SERC dated 25 August 2021.The official listing of DBD on Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) will be informed by SBI Royal Securities and each Selling Agent.
