All 6,461,538 shares are fully subscribed. The result of Subscription and Refund list had already been approved by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) with approval number: 1382/21 SERC dated 25 August 2021.
The official listing of DBD has been approved by Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) with approval number: 080/21 dated on 31th August 2021 and set on 6th September 2021 at 8:00 AM.
