DBD Engineering Plc. is pleased to inform all shareholders that DBD Engineering Plc. proposed and approved to distribute the dividend for the year 2021 during AGM as below:

Payment date from: 23 June 2022 – 01 July 2022

This decision will be confirmed or approved during our AGM
The list of shareholders who are entitled will be from the temporary list prepared on 10 June 2022
Shareholders who SELL the share(s) on 13 June 2022 will STILL be entitled to get this dividend;
Shareholders who BUY the share(s) on 13 June 2022 will NOT be entitled to get this dividend;
Dividend payment will start from 23 June 2022 – 01 July 2022 on every working day.

* Reason DBD decided to pay the dividend as DBD made a profit for the year-end 2021 and according to DBD’s dividend policy with the annual guaranteed dividend yield of 5.5% to the holders of Class A voting shares.
